With a Mercedes-Benz Genuine Remanufactured long block plus, you will receive a basic engine that scores points due to reduced time off the road, as it is already preassembled, usually in stock and is thus available much quicker than in the case of complex engine damage repair. At the same time, it offer a high savings potential since still-functional detachable parts such as the turbocharger can be simply used from your used engine. Due to the exclusive use of Mercedes-Benz GenuineParts, your Mercedes-Benz van will remain an original – and this at an attractive price.
The long block plus is a cost-efficient solution as it is delivered with the injection system already installed and perfectly adjusted. You will save approx 35% in comparison to the replacement of the complete engine. If your injectors are still intact and fully functional, you can also decide for the variant without injectors.

The long block plus offers many advantages. This includes reduced time off the road thanks to over 4,000 in-stock engines. Downtime is also shorter compared to the short block as the cylinder head with valves and the injection system are already preinstalled.
The long block plus is a viable solution if the engine has major engine damage. This could be crankshaft damage in which the crankcase and cylinder head (possibly the injectors) are damaged.
